Hunston and Mundham lunch clubs are for the community open to anybody not just over 60s.<\/span><\/p>

Both Lunch clubs\u00a0<\/span>continued to serve<\/strong> their communities as they have for over 20 years.<\/span><\/p>

With a two-course meal<\/strong> followed by tea or coffee, and a Raffle.<\/span><\/p>

We are entitle run by volunteers who give their time to help their community.<\/span><\/p>

The lunch clubs run for 11 months of the year:
There is no meeting in January at Hunston.
<\/span>There is no meeting in August at North Mundham.<\/span><\/p>

We<\/span> served 302 meals throughout the year of 2025,\u00a0<\/span>an average of 27 people each month at Hunston.
<\/span>We<\/span> served 241 meals throughout the year of 2025,\u00a0<\/span>an average of 22 people a month at North Mundham.<\/span><\/p>

In December we are able to give a free Christmas lunch<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>to those that had attended more than 6 lunches throughout the year.<\/span><\/p>

The meals are mainly cooked from scratch<\/strong>, homemade, with a vegetarian choice<\/strong> and a diabetic pudding option<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We have the capacity at each lunch club to provide up to 40 lunches per meeting.\u00a0<\/span>It would be good if we could recruit more diners to join, as a way of spreading the fixed cost of the hall hire.<\/span><\/p>

We are also in need of some able-bodied volunteers<\/strong>, to help with setting out tables and chairs, serving the meals, and clearing away.<\/span><\/p>

For 2026 both lunch clubs will still run as it has always done and still cost \u00a34.00 a meal<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
