Graveyard Gardening at St Stephen’s Church

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR GRAVEYARD GARDENING

St STEPHEN’S CHURCH – SUNDAY 25^th JANUARY 2026

There is still an urgent need to carry out lots of gardening work in the graveyard surrounding the Church.  You are invited to join us in any of a variety of ways to help respond to some of the criticisms contained in the 2025 Quinquennial Inspection report and the normal seasonal growth of bushes, plants, brambles, ivy and other weeds.

Your help would be very much appreciated after the Church service between 1055am and 1230pm on Sunday 25^th January 2026.  There are a few hand tools available but it would be most useful if you would bring your own, especially battery operated cutters and/or strimmers.

Refreshments will be available at 1230pm.
