Forthcoming Electoral Roll Annual Check

In preparation for the Benefice Annual Parochial Church Meeting, which is due to be held at St Stephen’s Church on Sunday 17th May 2026, a check of those listed on the Electoral Rolls* will take place over the fortnight period from Sunday 5th to Sunday 19th April 2026. Appropriate Diocese notices will be displayed at the churches of St Stephen and St Leodegar beside the lists as at that time. The finalised lists will be available at the meeting for voting purposes.

If you are interested in being added to the Electoral Roll and meet the eligibility criteria, application forms are available from the Electoral Roll Officers David Coward and Jo Williams who would be pleased to provide more information if required.

If, on the other hand, you wish your name to be removed from the list please let the appropriate officer know as soon as convenient.
