Café Connect Coffee Morning in aid of St Wilfrid’s Hospice

What a wonderful morning we had at the café on Thursday 11^th June. Thanks to generous donations, we enjoyed 12 homemade cakes, a selection of hot drinks, and a raffle. The atmosphere was friendly, warm, and welcoming. In previous years, we raised money for Macmillan, but our team — Lynn, June, Doris, and Annette — felt it was important to focus on supporting our local hospice this year.

A huge thanks and gratitude to all those who played a part in making it such a successful event. We look forward to seeing you all again next year.

Finally, I would like to give a massive thanks to June, Doris, Annette and Chrissie! Without them these events would not be able to take place.
