St Stephen’s Christmas Festival

We are excited to be running a Christmas weekend at St Stephen’s and hope you will join us in getting ready for Christmas!

The Christmas Festival aims to bring our community together in celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, and to help raise much needed funds for the church. It is organised and run by the church with the involvement of the community for the benefit and enjoyment of all.

What’s on

Friday 28 November

6pm–9pm

Come and view the Christmas trees and vote for your favourite.

7.30pm

Join us for refreshments. The Encore Vocal Choir will be performing.

Saturday 29 November

10am–4pm

The Christmas trees will be on display and voting will continue.

10am–12noon

Cake sale. (cake donations much appreciated).

2pm–4pm

Christmas Craft Afternoon.

We will be making cards, knitting Christmas trees, making sock snowmen, creating festive button trees and learning how to crochet!

4.30pm–7pm

Film Night: Festive family film – see posters in the church for details.

Sunday 30 November

9.30am

Messy Advent Service – the theme is getting ready for Christmas with crafts, story telling and music!

11am–2pm

Last chance to see the trees and vote.
